This exquisite dish is made with fresh pasta. Made with organic quinoa flour and eggs.

Lodosa piquillo peppers and our organic garden certified the following ingredients: spinach, green beans, garlic, spring onion, chives, tomato, carrot, zucchini and red pepper.

We add toasted pine nuts, jasmine pepper and pink Himalayan salt.

The oil used is extra virgin olive oil of First Cold Pressure.

This is a healthy dish. Gluten free, suitable for celiac.
